A true narnian in heart and colors, Susan was a loyal and just person who had the greatest respect from her people. She was in the four seen as the gentle. She was always the pure voice of reason, which would sometimes be a flaw as well as a blessing. It really all depended on which way you looked at it. The queen had her arrows slung over her back in a case and her long bow in her hand. It was sturdy, and had been a great weapon that had never given out on her over the years. She had it clenched tightly as she knelt down to a cool stream, taking a drink of the pure clear waters that ran through. She sat at the side for a while, feeling rather wiped out. She had been walking for well over three hours, clearing her mind of course. She needed this time away to herself. She looked around at the scenery. It was just so beautiful and secluded. She loved being in the forest. It was such a serene place to just clear your mind, and not worry about the life you had, but to live in the moment right then and there. She laid back in the soft green grass letting out a sigh. She looked through the thick ceiling of trees that let through a few crevasses to let the beams of the fiery suns light pierce through to warm her cheek as it fell upon her. The rays making the beautiful girl seem as though she were a sort of celestial being. She closed her eyes feeling more relaxed than she had in a while. She wished the moment would stay for a while, but she knew she couldn't stay too long. She'd soon have to make her way back to Cair Paravel to her siblings, before they were worried.. The queen laid in total relaxation until the sound came of a bird, that disturbed the peace as she noticed a shadow behind her. She pulled a arrow from her back as quickly as the light, and her bow was up in a second. She whipped around to see that the figure was gone. Someone was here, and she didn't feel too good for this company. "Hello?!...." No answer. She stood up looking around stealthy," Show yourself!" She said moving slowing in the direction whoever or whatever it was went. credit to hay shay ! at caution 2.0 |
