It was strange being young again. He had been so used to watching his own body age that knowing he was young again made him feel free. He really didn't know what to do with himself, other than to be glad he was in Aslan's Country, and to do the things he hadn't been able to do in very long time. The only thing was, he wasn't really in the mood to do those things that he had longed to do since he had been in Alsan's Country.
When he had first arrived it hadn't been long that he had been there when Aslan came to him and said he was needed to fight in the Final Battle, to make a last stand for Narnia. Of course he had agreed to go, and they had fought the war. Now that he had once again returned, it was more of a feeling of “forever” and that this was home. He wouldn't have to worry about anything again, and a weight had lifted off his shoulders. All of his life he had spent ruling his kingdom and had tried to make his father proud. Now that he was in Aslan's Country, he knew his father had been proud of him because, well, he had spoken to him. It was all a very strange concept for Caspian, but he was slowly adjusting and coming to terms with everything. He knew his son was alive and well and ruling his kingdom in his stead. He and Lili had raised Rilian well, and he knew that his son would be a good king.
He had hoped to see Lili in Aslan's Country, because she had died from a snake bite a long time ago, and he was sure she would be here. But he hadn't found her yet if she was there – and for some reason he had a feeling he wouldn't find her. He didn't know why this was the case, and part of him wanted to speak to Aslan about it, but the other part felt peace about the issue, and that was enough to keep him satisfied for the moment. He had been visiting Cair Paravel for the time being, and spending time with Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy. He had decided to go down the to the shoreline by the Eastern Ocean to think and get some fresh air.
The sound of the waves hitting the shore relaxed him. The only other sounds he heard around him was the breeze blowing through trees and birds chirping. Other than that he was completely alone, and he was enjoying his moment of solitude. He found himself reflecting on his previous life, when he was going on adventures with the Pevensies and ruling his own kingdom. He had been happy with his wife and raising his son, and he could say that he lived a full life. He had been lucky and drifted away in his sleep, and had awakened to find himself in Aslan's Country.
It was a good feeling, and it still was. He could have a life here, and live forever. Who wouldn't want that peace? He couldn't think of anyone that would turn something like that down. Sighing a little, he picked up a stone and tossed it onto the water and watched as it skipped a few times before sinking into the waves. He didn't know what the future held, but he had a feeling it would be a happy one, and that's all that mattered.

I'll come back when you call me xx No need to say goodbye -----------------------------------------------------
So was still getting used to being in Aslan's Country, and not only that but seeing Cair Paravel intact and as wonderful as ever. But she was happy to finally see where Aslan ruled and the real Narnia. Lucy had helped fight in the final battle, the last stand for the land called the shadowlands now. A fake Narnia that wasn't real, but it felt like it when she had come to take her journey with her siblings. Of course Peter and Susan didn't come with them to help Caspian find the seven lords. And before their timely death in their world, Susan had stopped believing in Narnia. Saying it was nothing more then make believe. Of course Lucy had always believed in Narnia. And when Aslan told her and her two brothers they had died in a train wreck, it really rocked her to the core. And that was how they came to be in Aslan's country where she is once again Queen Lucy the Valiant. In her chambers she was deciding what to wear for the day, a girl could never have too many outfits. Lucy finally decided on a simple outfit, a white long sleeved shirt with a red vest and pants. Okay the one she wore on the Dawn Treader once upon a time. Looking at herself in her mirror she smiled and put her hair in a ponytail. "Perfect....". It was still hard to believe sometimes she had died, her memory of the train wreck was all fuzzy. And that final battle for Narnia's last stand. All memories, but those were all she had and got to keep inside her heart forever now. There was no more going back to England, this is where she belonged and where her home was. Lucy had got to see Reepicheep again and Mr. Tumnus, the kind faun who had helped her when she first entered the other Narnia. She had been so sad when he wasn't in the other Narnia anymore and never thought she would see him again. But he was here and so were the beavers and alot of other dear friends. Leaving her room she headed down the corridor of halls and outside. Smiling at a few servants who greeted she, she glanced towards the ocean. What a marvel it was to behold the glistening sea that lay below the cliffs of Cair Paravel. There was nowhere else you could get such a view like this. And it was such a beautiful day as well. Lucy was also happy that Caspian was visiting Cair Paravel, she had seen him at the final battle and Aslan explained to her and Edmund what happened with Eustace and Jill. That was the past and she was going to leave it in the past. This was now, and there was no worries anymore. As she scanned the shoreline her eyes fell upon a figure down near the ocean. Glancing back once more towards the castle behind her, she quickly made her way down towards the shoreline. With Cair Paravel being so high up on the cliff it took awhile before she reached the bottom. Jumping onto the sand she reached her hands up to the sky and stretched. Oh yes it was a great day to come down to the ocean, taking a deep breath and taking in the ocean air the smile on her lips never disappeared. Stepping out across the sand her eyes were focused on the figure near the ocean. When she was close enough, Lucy bent down and picked up a rock on the sand and stepped up beside Caspian. "That was a great throw, now watch me". Taking her stone she tossed it into the water, seeing it skip across the water a few times. Okay not the best skip but it went quite a distance. Caspian jumped a little when he heard the familiar voice of Lucy as she approached him from Cair Paravel. He hadn't expected he would have company any time soon, but he supposed he was okay with it. After all, it was Lucy, and she always seemed to cheer him up when she was near. “Hey,” he said after she complimented him on his throw. “It wasn't all that great,” he followed with a slight shrug. He watched as she took a stone and threw it across the lake. It skipped out a few feet more than his throw, which didn't really matter in the big scheme of things. He wasn't trying to compete with Lucy, throwing stones was something fun to do. “I was just out here thinking, how strange it is to be back and know that I'm home and this is the real Narnia. I mean, I know the other Narnia was my home also but … it just still feels different. It's a good different just....”
King Caspian sighed and ran his hand through his hair and looked out at the ocean. It was obvious his thoughts were far away. Lucy probably didn't want to hear what was troubling him, because he felt it would bore anyone else other than himself. He had thought to speak to Aslan about it, and maybe he would once he saw the Lion again. He was always on the move, and even in his country Aslan was not a tame Lion. “I had hoped to see Lili here again, but I haven't yet. I just have this feeling I won't. I know it sounds silly,” he said with another shrug. “I keep thinking about Rilian and my life back at home with he and Lili. I figured since Lili died a while ago she would be here.” Caspian looked at Lucy and grinned a little. “I know I shouldn't worry. Aslan would say things don't happen in the way we expect them to all of the time.”
He cleared his throat and tilted his head and looked at her with curious eyes. “Do you ever think about your life before now? Or have you come to accept things as they are?” It would be somewhat of a relief if he knew other people thought about their previous lives, and maybe not so much of a relief if Lucy said she never thought about it. He should be happy here, and he was – it's just that he wondered about so many things and wished Aslan was around so he could ask him all of the questions he had. Caspian hated the unkown, and had always thought that knowledge was power. If you knew enough about something you could come up with a plan. He had used that as a tool when he had fought against his enemies in a battle when he was younger. But perhaps he wasn't supposed to worry now that he was in Aslan's Country. Maybe that was the entire point of being here, was that all the worry would be lifted off his shoulders. If that was the case, he was failing miserably.

I'll come back when you call me xx No need to say goodbye -----------------------------------------------------
Lucy hoped she hadn't scared him too badly, it had just made her so excited to learn that he was here visiting them. "Hey yourself....". Her smiled seemed to fade just abit as he said his throw wasn't that great. Lucy didn't want to compete with him and she knew it was all fun. But her stone did go further then his and she usually wasn't good at skipping stones. Glancing back out towards the ocean she just seemed to kick the sand a little with her boot and listen to Caspian as he spoke. She had to agree with him. It was strange to be in the real Narnia, the home of Aslan the great lion and her best friend. Unlike others it was she who was closest to Aslan and had forged a strong bond with him unlike any other. Though she could understand why it would feel different being here. After all the only time she knew about Aslan's Country was when her brother, cousin and Caspian were at the end of the world. Well Reepicheep as well and he had been the only one to go over the wall of water. Caspian had wanted to see if his father was in this place, which made her curious if he ever did find his father here. Maybe later she would ask him since Caspian already seemed to be deep in thought. Lucy didn't want him to think he was boring her, she had actually wanted to hear more from him. The young queen took her eyes from the ocean and glanced to Caspian, who seemed to be looking out at the water. Biting her bottom lip lightly she started to fiddle with a strand of her hair. And as she was about to say something, Caspian spoke again. Lili, and Rilian. Oh that's right, Eustace had written her and Edmund about Caspian being old old when he came back to Narnia with his friend Jill. Helping him find his son that someone named the Emerald witch had kidnapped. And Lili she was that star that had guided them at Ramandu Island. Lucy had been so sad when she couldn't return to Narnia anymore, and when she had arrived back home she spent almost everyday trying to find out Aslan's name in her world. "I'm sure they're both here Caspian, but I think since you look younger your son won't really know you". It's not that she was trying to sound mean or anything, or trying to come off as rude. But he looked the same to her as she had seen him on the Dawn Treader. And Lucy was certain he didn't want his son to be scared or surprised to see his father as his young self. Isn't that the reason Aslan had brought him here in the first place, as to not scare his son. Watching him tilt his head, and give her a curious look the question he asked made her think. Did she ever think of her life from before, that was a obvious answer. Lucy had thought about it long and hard. It had been so hard on her when she first came here after the train wreck in her world. When Aslan had told her and her brothers that their mother was dead. They were dead and could never go back. "Well......sometimes I do, but after Aslan explained everything i've sort of come to accept it". Time would never be up again, she would never have to worry about her adventures ending anymore. Here she could be forever young and be with the friends and allies she came to love and know. Narnia was her home and has come to love it more then the fake Narnia. Picking up another stone she tossed it in the air and caught it in her hand. Another thought which crossed her mind is what would happen if he ever did meet up with Lili again. Would he go back with being her or was he still interested in Susan. Or maybe Caspian was......no she didn't even want to think of that possibility. "Did you want to do something, I mean besides hanging out down by the shore?"[/blockquote]

Caspian listened to Lucy and nodded his head. Maybe she did have a point. He was here now, and this was “home” and he needed to learn to accept it. After all, he still had a kingdom here, and he was still a king. Just because he was visiting Cair Paravel didn't mean that everything he had once known was lost. Perhaps one day he would find his father and maybe even his wife. Until then, he was going to live his life in Aslan's Country and he was determined to be happy about it. He looked at Lucy and grinned a little, hoping it would let her know she had helped ease his worries, at least to a certain degree. “Thanks, Lucy. You seem to always know what to say. I'm sorry I brought this up, it's just been haunting me lately and I can't seem to shake it, I know things will get better though. How can they not? I'm here in Aslan's Country with my friends, and I am happy for that,” he said with a reassuring voice.
When she asked if he wanted to do anything other than hang around the shoreline, he looked out at the ocean. It was a bit warm outside, since it was summer in Aslan's Country. He could go for a swim, and he knew Lucy would follow him if he decided that's what he wanted to do. “Well, there's always swimming,” he said. “It is kind of warm outside, and I'm sure the water is nice and cool,” he added. The sun was high overhead, which meant that was about midday. His stomach rumbled from hunger, but he ignored it. There would be plenty of time for food later. “And then after we swim, I'm sure we'll be starved. I'm already on the verge of that now,” he said with a slight chuckle. “So...do you want to go for a swim? Or we could do something else if you'd like,” he offered.
OOC: Sorry it's kinda short, muse is bugging me, LOL.

I'll come back when you call me xx No need to say goodbye -----------------------------------------------------
There was nothing Caspian had to worry about in this world, it`s only a shame that she wasn't here to see him get married and have a son. Of course she always had Eustace and he often wrote to her and Edmund of what went on in Narnia at that time. He had told them about how his friend Jill was just as scared as he was when he first came to Narnia. How she had been so unsure of everything. Even after the battles had been won and they were all reunited, Lucy could still recall what the professor had said. To say the truth she had been quite surprised to learn that the professor was the one who was there to witness the fake narnia being born. And he had also been there to see it's destruction along with her and many others. All in the past now. Here in Aslan's country you never had to worry about dying or growing old, but it did make her wonder. Aslan only let those with brave and courageous hearts into his country, so would there ever be battles here to fight. Perhaps next time she saw Aslan she would ask him that very question, but for now she couldn't be rude to her guest. Tucking some stray hair behind her ear she simply smiled as Caspian spoke. "I'm happy to say the right things. Things will get better I just know it, we're all here together. Nothing is going to take us away from eachother again". By that she meant that there would be no more magic portals leading them back to England, no more saying goodbye. This was it......this was forever. Asking if he wanted to do anything besides just standing here on the coastline, hearing his suggestion of swimming she instantly became excited. Yes that was perfect and the weather was just right, so why not. "Swimming sounds great, I don't mind getting my clothes wet". After all she did get her school clothing wet when they all returned a second time, and then again her clothing got drenched because they got stuck in the middle of the ocean. And she wasn't quite sure if bathing suits are in Aslan's country, so sitting down Lucy started to take her boots off. Putting them aside. Now with bare feet she dug her feet slowly into the soft sand. The sand felt good and squishy. As soon as she heard the light grumble of his stomach, Lucy couldn't help but giggle. "Are you sure you wish to swim right now, I could wave up to Cair Paravel for some of the servants to bring some food down". Actually all she needed to do was shout, some of the animals up there had good hearing. If he ate now he would have to wait half an hour till they could swim, on the other hand she didn't want Caspian to starve. But she would wait to see what he says and what his decision will be. If he really wanted to swim first they could do that. And then she could give a shout up to Cair Paravel for them to bring some food down. Back in England she loved to have picnics by the shore. That was of course before their father got so caught up in the war, things used to be fun. But now it can be fun here everyday. And since it was so nice a picnic might be a good idea. "Did you want to eat first, or swim. Either is fine with me".[/blockquote]

Caspian didn't really want to eat first, because then they would have to wait. He could manage until after they tired of swimming before he had to have a meal. He watched as she removed her shoes and socks, and then he began to take off his own shoes and socks. He then took off his vest in shirt so that he was dressed in only his trousers. “I don't mind waiting for a while before we eat. I won't starve Lucy, but thank you for being so concerned.” A small grin appeared on his face and he winked at her and then he ran towards the ocean and into the cool water. As he ran he could feel the sand moisten once he neared the water, and then the waves splashed up on him as he entered the ocean, the cool water making the hot day seem more bearable. Lucy had quickly followed him, and she was now standing beside him. Her hair had fallen from its place on top of her head, and for the first time in a while he actually took a minute to admire her.
She really was a beautiful woman in her own way. She had similar features to her sister, but different ones as well, and he liked that about her. Her eyes were a deep brown, and her hair fell well below her shoulders in light waves. Even though she was physically a child, he knew that she had the wisdom of an adult. She had lived her life, and died tragically in a train wreck back in her home world, or so she had explained. It must have been a horrifying experience, but at least she was here, in Aslan's Country. There was a time that he thought maybe she and her sister, Susan would be together in the old Narnia, but the four Pevensies had gone home before he had the chance to truly get to know Susan in that way. He had shared one quick kiss with her older sister, and it had been just as sweet as he had imagined.
His eyes fell to her lips, and he wondered what it would be like to kiss Lucy. When another wave of water hit him, he blinked and looked elsewhere, obviously blushing a little. He hoped she hadn't noticed him looking at her, but Lucy had always been observant of other people so he doubted she had been unaware. Who knew what would happen in their futures while they were in Aslan's Country. He was willing to let things develop at whatever pace they wanted to. Even though he had loved his wife, he still had a soft spot for the Pevensie sisters. They were his closest friends, and he knew it wouldn't be difficult to let that friendship form into something else. “It's been awhile since I've been swimming,” he admitted. “The water makes the heat of the day feel more tolerable.”
ooc: sorry for the wait!

I'll come back when you call me, No need to say goodbye Lucy took off the vest she was wearing, until she just stood there in her white shirt and pants. You know how hard it is to come down a long trail to the beach wearing a dress, and although she would never admit it these clothes felt alot more comfortable. Of course at special occassions she would wear a dress. After all she is one of the high queens of Narnia and had to look proper in front of everyone. Watching Caspian take off his vest and shirt, Lucy quickly turned her head away back towards the ocean. Trying to hide the small blush that had been creeping across her cheeks, hearing him reply to her reply. "Alright that's fine, and I know you won't starve". She didn't mind waiting either, and it wasn't just concern for him being hungry. Usually when one's stomach growled it meant they were hungry. She took her socks, boots and vest setting them against a log nearby. The last thing she wanted was for them to get completely covered in sand.
Once that was done she managed to catch the wink Caspian gave her, that smile still on her lips. Seeing him run towards the ocean she instantly followed, kicking up dry sand behind her until she reached the water and the damp sand. Running into the ocean she didn't care if her hair had come undone. This was fun, giving a light laugh Lucy glanced up towards Caspian. The way he was glancing at her, tucking some hair behind her ear that had blown into her face she spoke once more. "Is there something on my face?" That was the only question she could think of. Though she knew she was still physically a child, she was practically a young woman. Lucy was fifteen and had always been called the smart and wisest one out of all her siblings. In the old Narnia there had been that time she wanted to be more beautiful then her sister, but seeing what it had done she felt horrible and burned the piece of parchment after speaking with Aslan.
She knew then that she didn't have to compete with Susan, Lucy was happy with who she was deep down inside. Lucy moved back as the wave came up on to the shore, the water still crashing against her legs. The young queen had also noticed the blush which Caspian was trying to hide but said nothing. Aslan's Country had been like nothing she had ever seen before, there were some things which were the same like in the fake Narnia. Such as the cities and kingdoms, the islands and some other things. The great lion had been right all along, and Lucy always felt in her heart back in England she would see everyone again. And who knew what the future held for everyone here in Aslan's country, what could happen and also what new adventures just might be waiting on that horizon. But being the curious and adventurous type of girl she had a feeling she was going to be seeing plenty of new adventures. Though would Aslan allow wars in his country, it was something that was bothering Lucy.
Yes it was peaceful here and so beautiful, but like every rose there are always those few thorns which refused to go away. Hearing Caspian speak once more brought her out of her thoughts, giving a sly grin she bent down near the water and splashed Caspian. "Oh is that so, well then you have to get back into the swing of things." And he did have a point, a good point. The water did make the heat of the day more tolerable, it felt good and wonderful. This is why she loved Narnia, well the real Narnia. The glistening ocean that stretched for miles, Cair Paravel and having all her friends with her. "And you know when winter comes, ice skating is always something fun to do". Winter, how long ago was it that she found that passage in the wardrobe. A hundred years of winter under the reign of Jadis, even so she couldn't wait for her first christmas in Narnia.

TILL IT WAS A BATTLE CRY
Caspian's gaze was still on Lucy, and he was so distracted by her that when she splashed him, it came as a surprise. Water drenched his top half, and his hair was now sticking to his head and dripping wet, but he didn't care. They had come out here to swim, after all.
The water was relaxing, and the waves gently tossed them around and splashed up against them. He could feel fish nibbling at his toes from time to time, and he fought the urge to look under the water and make sure it was just fish and not something else. They weren't out that far, but the water was deep enough to cover them up to their waists. Caspian was a decent swimmer, but he didn't plan to go out any further. Sometimes he tide could carry you away, and he definitely didn't want to put Lucy in danger. He knew she could swim, but he didn't want to risk anything spoiling their afternoon.
After all this time of being in Narnia, he had come to find out that the Pevensies had been in a train wreck, and that is how they had come to Aslan's Country. That must have been such a scary ordeal for them to experience, but at least they were here and safe, and they wouldn't have to worry about leaving again. He knew when they were in the other Narnia, Susan and Lucy had expressed to him many times that they regretted leaving when they had, and it wasn't something they had done on purpose. It was all a strange concept, an he wished he understood it more, but he figured it didn't matter anymore.
All of his questions about his old life were suddenly fading, and maybe that was the point of being in Aslan's Country. Worrying always made life more stressful. Before Lucy could splash him again, he returned the gesture and splashed her. He let out a chuckle and his eyes sparkled, the worry in them already relaxing. It was a good idea to come out and swim, as it was definitely getting his mind away from all of his concerns.
“So Lucy.....did you ever find anyone to marry back in your world? I mean, before coming here,” he asked curiously. She had never mentioned a husband or children, or a family, and he was curious to see if she had been able to find someone for her. He hoped she wouldn't be offended by his question, though he doubted she would. Lucy was difficult to offend, as she was always so nice and gentle. Another wave hit him, and threatened to knock him over but he held his stance firmly.
When he saw Lucy start to slip off balance, he gently steadied her with his hand by placing it on her arm. “Careful, waves are strong...I wonder if there's a storm coming...” Caspian looked to the sky and wondered if there were storms in Aslan's Country. He figured there would be, because Aslan's Country was just like the old Narnia. If there were seasons, then there would also be weather and storms. The sky had a few clouds in it, but nothing that concerned him, and his gaze quickly fell back to Lucy.

I'll come back when you call me, No need to say goodbye This was so fun, there was no better place to be on a hot day then at the shore and in the clear ocean. And also what better way to spend it then with a good friend. Lucy splashed the cool water at Caspian and feels the waves go pass her legs, stopping she just took in the fresh air and the wind that was coming off the water. Oh it felt so great, laughing lightly she glanced down into the water seeing a few little fish swimming near Caspian's toes, this ocean was just as much as their home as it was hers and Caspian's swimming place. They must have come in close to shore looking for remnants of food, well food that they as humans couldn't see with the naked eye. Lucy noticed they had come out into the water just above their waists, now she could swim but not all that well. After all it was Caspian the last time she was in the fake Narnia, that he saved her from the water after all she was wearing quite heavy clothing at that time.
She still couldn't believe she was in Aslan's Country, what had been something hidden by a wall of water was now their eternal home. The train wreck was becoming more and more of a faded memory to her, she didn't want to remember it at all. But that didn't mean she would not miss her mother terribly of course she would miss her, it was just such a shame that she couldn't come to here with them all. Even so they had to wait on Susan to be accepted here too, because it was only her brother's and her that truly believed in Narnia they were the only ones brought here. Along with Jill Pole and their cousin Eustace, even the professor was here too but he was young not old like he back in the mansion. When they visited him they would often speak of Narnia, and he had even told them it was he and his friend who saw the birth of the narnia they knew. That Aslan had created, and then was destroyed in the final battle.
She stopped looking at the fish swimming about and laughed once more, splashing Caspian again and felt him splash her back. The old life was gone and this was her new life, to live forever in the country of the great lion. When Caspian asked his question Lucy just shook her head lightly, marriage she was only fifteen years old. She may of thought of dating yes but not marriage. "No of course not, not even anyone to date either". For the longest time she had always thought Susan was more beautiful then her, since she always seemed to mention meeting fancy men at tea parties and such. Even at the parties which were held in Cair Paravel, men payed attention to Susan more then her. But Lucy learned the hard way to just accept herself for whom she was and not try to be anyone else but herself. "I suppose you haven't seen your son, or your wife?"
Tucking some hair behind her ear she felt another wave go pass them, and she started to lose her balance. But before she even hit the water, the young queen felt Caspian grab her arm with his hand and right her again. "Well we are out quite abit in the water, so of course they would be strong. A storm? She glanced up towards the sky and saw some clouds lingering and a few moving in from the west. Looking back to Caspian she smiled lightly. "Perhaps we should head back into shore".

TILL IT WAS A BATTLE CRY
Caspian tilted his head as she told him that she hadn't ever married before coming to Alsan's Country. Here in Narnia, it was common for women to marry younger, but he supposed where she was from they waited until they were older. He wasn't for sure on that, but he could only assume that was the case. After all, he didn't see any reason that would prevent Lucy from getting married. She was beautiful on the outside and in, and that's what mattered. “Well maybe now that you're in Aslan's Country, you'll find someone in the future,” he said with a subtle wink.
When she inquired about his wife and son, he shrugged and shook his head. “No, I haven't found them, but I'm certain that if they are here I'll find them one day, when it's the right time. Maybe what you said earlier, about them appearing younger then when I last knew them is true. If that's the case, they may not be so easy to spot.” Caspian grinned a little and shrugged, his troubled mood had already lifted with the activity of swimming. It was obvious the young king just needed something to preoccupy his thoughts.
When Lucy suggested that maybe they should head in if a storm was coming, he nodded his head in agreement. Even though it wasn't obvious yet that anything was going to happen, the clouds near the horizon seemed to be growing and getting closer. He didn't want to be caught in the water if the storm picked up its speed.
“We can eat some lunch then, I'm starved,” he commented and started to make his way back towards the shore. He stayed near Lucy to make sure she didn't lose her balance as the waves pushed them forward to the shoreline. Once they were ashore he sat near the blanket she had laid out earlier and let the sun dry begin to dry the water off of him. “And this ice skating you speak of, I'm not sure I know what you're talking about?”
When he was a boy he had enjoyed building things in the snow, like snow men and forts. And of course there were snow ball fights. But he had never heard of ice skating. Hopefully she would explain it to him more and not think less of him for not knowing. It was obvious it was some sort of winter activity in the world she had come from. She seemed to think it was fun, so he was interested to know more about it. “Do you want to have lunch out here, or would you rather go back into the castle?” he asked curiously.

I'll come back when you call me, No need to say goodbye
Back in England it was tradition for a woman to be married at an older age, and it was also the rules. She always seemed to envy all the girls who were more beautiful then her, especially Susan but that was not the case anymore. It had almost cost her alot the last time. Lucy had doubted herself and had almost wished herself away from the world, it was horrible and the young queen had learned her lesson well that day. But look at her now she was beautiful and young, just the way she was meant to be. And perhaps now that she was in the great lion's country she can find someone to settle down with, someone who will love her not just for her beauty but just.......for being her. Lucy smiled at what Caspian said, and caught the wink he sent her way. "Yes....I do hope to find someone, and I hope he's as kind as you". Lucy wondered if Susan still had feelings for Caspian, the young queen knew she felt really close to the young king but it probably could never be.
After all he still had to find Lili and Rilian his son, and when she asked about them she listened to Caspian's answer. "Well Lili she is the daughter of a star, and half star herself right? And your son he may be abit surprised at your current state". A son meeting his father as his younger self well that would be strange would it not, but she didn't want to bring up anymore questions about his wife and son. They were still standing in the ocean and the waves kept lapping pass their legs, she could also feel the breeze coming off the water indicating that the approaching storm was coming closer. Spotting the clouds coming ever closer, she nodded. "Now that you mention lunch, i'm hungry as well". Lucy waded through the water heading back in towards shore, feeling the waves push them that way. Almost falling a few times she managed to catch her balance.
Feeling the sand beneath her feet once she waded out of the water, Lucy walked over to the blanket she had brought down with her. The sun was still out and quite hot so there was still time to dry before those clouds came any closer. Sitting down Lucy decided to explain what ice skating was to Caspian. "Well it's something fun to do, like when a lake freezes over in the winter it's solid enough to walk on. But ice skating is wearing boots or shoes with blades on the bottom". It was a little hard to explain and she could remember walking across the ice with Peter and Susan in the fake Narnia. When winter fell in Aslan's country she would need to show Caspian what ice skating was, it couldn't be that hard to make skates here......could it.
Looking back up to the sky she pushed some hair from her face, it would be better to eat in the castle incase it rained. "We should head back up to Cair Paravel, that way I can let the kitchen know to make us lunch". Standing up she went to grab her boots, wiping the sand off her feet and putting them on. It would be a long walk back up to the castle but she was fit and can make it up the path pretty quickly, once she was ready she glanced over to Caspian. "Come on let's go". She headed over to the beginning of the path leading back up the way she came down.
