¢¾ Now we're back to the Beginning ¢¾[/color]
History: From a very early age, Severn began to learn about her magical abilities. It started when she was very young and she began watching birds. For several days she watched a small flock of birds around her house, thinking about how nice it would be to be able to fly like that. As she concentrated enough, she began to notice herself growing smaller and her skin tone changing. Slightly panicked at first, she stopped focusing and it faded away.
At first, when she told her parents, they were rather concerned. Of course, it might have been because she was practically in hysterics, but when she calmed down, things were explained properly. They asked her to try and demonstrate it for them, but under that kind of pressure she was unable to do it again. So, they dropped it for the time being. After all, it might just be the overactive imagination of a little girl.
It was several weeks later when she ventured to try it again. This time, she was sort of prepared for what was going to happen, so when she thought about being a small grey dove, she wasn't to surprised when it did happen. So, for a month or two, she enjoyed this new found ability. She never told her parents about it, since she thought they would not believe her after the last incident. It became her own little secret.
Then, disaster struck. Her small family house caught fire one night. Falling asleep by the open hearth, her mother had not noticed a stray log falling to the floor of their small abode. Soon, it was far to late. In a panic, the young girl ran outside, transformed into her dove and flew away. Lost and alone, she could not find her way back to her home after all of the fear had left her.
Presumably, both of her parents died trying to find her in that fire, since they did not know that she had escaped.
So, for a very long time, Severn learned to live as an animal and to live off the land as a human too. She cannot remember her last name, so she is known only as Severn. There is no place that she calls home. All of her time is spent traveling, hunting and observing people.
Family: Father - Deceased, Mother - Deceased, no siblings.
Magic: Severn has the ability to shape shift into most animals. although ones that she has studied before are much easier, like her wolf and horse forms. Other forms can be learned in time, but it is usually a long and painful process.

Fear. Not really something that was associated with Izzy. Well, unless she was the one causing it. But right now, standing in this sweltering hot air, she was feeling it. Fear and a hell of a lot of anger. How dare they take her. How dare they even consider getting away with this. Jazzy had been kidnapped, and Elizabeth knew in that gut-wrenching, absolutely certain kind of way, that it was her fault.
These people. . .these dark wizards. . . Izzy had never heard of them before. She didn't know a damn thing about them. And damn it all, she was going to know what they hell they wanted. Jazzy's disappearance had sealed their fate. The moment they had heard, Jack and her had shipped out. They'd grabbed their guns and left. After a little bit of tracking, they found the dark wizards holed up here, in an ungodly stretch of North Africa.
A few of them were dead or incapacitated already. Jack and Izzy had wasted no time in getting through them. So, as they moved on through the darkened warehouse complex, taking out two more guards at the door, they paused for a moment before going in.
Maybe it was the fear of what they would find that made them wait. But whatever it was, Elizabeth pushed past it. In one movement, she kicked open the door that Jack had unlocked, and burst in, guns raised. And then, she stopped dead in her tracks. Oh god...
